"The dough was kept outside the fridge, and flies were landing directly on the exposed crusts on the rack. They don't display prices, which makes it impossible to know what you're paying for. It felt like a scene out of a horror movie. They really need to improve their sanitation practices. There were no hair nets, and there was no visible wash sink for employees. One worker was preparing food without gloves, after having put in earplugs and brushing her hair away from her face. I strongly advise against eating or ordering from a place that doesn't enforce glove and hair net use during food preparation. I doubt the owner is aware of what is happening right under their nose, and if they are, they need to be shut down. Additionally, it's important to have someone on staff who can communicate in English; they seemed confused about what I was trying to discuss."

take me back 15-20 years, and this is the one and only Pizza I could have. Since then some things changed and I rather have more personal Pizzas, but when I need a pie, Papa Johns is where I call.

On Thursday 31 I went to papa Johns to order some wing and medium pizza around 8:30pm . When I got inside was only one girl inside the store, she ask me if I was picking up an order, and I said no, I need to order something. After that I wait patientlyfor 10 minutes and she never took my order, so I walk away. Never again would step foot in this place. (Sherman way and Masonst)

This was my first and last time eating at Papa John's. I wanted to try the Ultimate Stuffed Crust because I've never even had stuffed crust before. When biting into the crust the cheese wasn't fully melted and kind of just stuck to to the crust like aslab of cheese. The pizza felt awkward as well, like it was undercooked. This Papa John's location is quite disappointing. I made a pre-order for my pizza several hours ahead of a specific delivery time, but when that time came, my pizza never arrived. After waiting an extra 45 minutes, I attempted to call but couldn't get through to anyone. I navigated the prompts to check my order and even tried to place a new order, but nothing seemed to work. It's frustrating that the Papa John's website directed me to this location instead of one that was closer. I won't be ordering from this place again!

This is for PAPA JOHNS corporate. I ordered a pizza at 12:33PM, and it's not 1:47PM and I still do not have my pizza. I ordered it online and we have a papa johns here 1 mile away from my house. Why did you send my order to 7 miles away in Canoga park when I live in Northridge. It's not 1:48PM. Still no Pizza.
