"These folks have a busy store and sometimes struggle with timing. As I understand it, they're a training store for new employees from other stores in the area and I always give them grace even if I have to wait a bit. Everyone is sweet and stays cool even if some customers aren't cool. My order is a bit weird and they remember it (and me I suppose! because they changed the dipping sauce for the calzone even though I forgot to ask tonight. Be kind to folks, be understanding, and they'll do the same for you. Thanks y'all"
