"This is Such a beautiful establishment, and most definitely one of the most comfortable environments in the busy city surroundings, it almost feels like I stumbled upon a secret area in a video game. On top of this they have such a delicious and attractive selection of tasty goodness. As I bit into the different varieties each one impressed me on its own. "The food at this restaurant was delicious and the service provided by Anthony was exceptional. However, I was surprised when I received my bill totaling nearly $300 and noticed additional charges for the premium martini that my wife had ordered. She had requested her dirty martini to be made extra dirty, resulting in a $0.25 upcharge, as well as a $0.50 upcharge for bleu cheese olives. While the prices for items on the menu were already high, I was taken aback that they would charge extra for ingredients that are typically included in the drink at other establishments, and then list them separately on the bill. It would have been more reasonable to simply list the martini as $19 rather than $18 and add the additional charges. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future."

"We ordered two burgers medium. Both were completely red, and barely warm… Our son’s food came out right away so he was done by the time our food was there. I ate most of my burger anyway while waiting to show the server how undercooked they were. My wife took exactly 1 bite. The server brought the food to the manager, and showed him my raw burger too. He didn’t even bother to come speak to us, even though we were 10 feet from him, and clearly disappointed. He only agreed to take 50% off ONE burger. We were shocked, and tried to support local. We will never be back after receiving such poor customer service. The inside lighting is weird too, the way the fan cuts out the lights created a strobe effect. Doesn’t sit well when you have a stomach full of undercooked meat.My son needed to use the toilet, we are potty training. The toilet was so disgusting. Filthy. I mentioned it to the server who was in the bathroom checking his phone… He didn’t seem to care.We left very disappointed to have had such a lousy experience at a place we heard great things about. Sorry Rep, but this crew gave you a bad rep…"
