"The experience left a bad taste in my mouthor maybe it was the hotdog. Service: Customer service during my recent visit was subpar. My order was incomplete. When I notified staff, they told me they had the missing item and I could drive back. I asked for a credit for future purchase as driving back is a hassle, especially when you have hungry kids at home. I was offered a credit for fries that must be redeemed within two days, a timeline that didn’t fit my schedule. This response placed the burden on me although the mistake was not mine. Food: The PB shake and green chile cheese burger were goodbut to add to the disappointment on my recent visit, the footlong hotdog was pretty pitiful (see picture). Would give one star, but the PB shake is fire and the burgers are good."
