From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, my experience was filled with positive surprises. The Drunk Chicken Sandwich was a joy to eat, the service was exceptional, and the late hours were a convenience I truly appreciated."

"I asked for a moment to discuss alternative options with my family, but the person on the phone responded with an irritable tone, insisting that I needed to figure out what my family wanted because they couldn't fulfill my initial order. There was also no mention of a refund for the price difference, leaving me to wonder if I would have to take that up with my bank later. Honestly, this person's attitude almost made me want to cancel my entire order, especially given my attempts to be polite. I understand that things can go wrong, but I still wanted to give their business a chance. However, the customer service was exceptionally poor. I don't know who answered the phone, but the restaurant should really consider training their staff to communicate better with customers. As for the food, we had requested to have a sub cut into thirds instead of halves, but that request was apparently too much to accommodate. The representative made a big deal about needing to make fresh pizza because they didn’t have any pre-baked crusts available, despite the fact that the hotel was only a short 7-minute drive away from the restaurant. Also, when delivering to a hotel, it would be nice to include utensils, napkins, or something similar, especially since I had ordered two salads. The food was decent, but the overall experience in the restaurant was quite disappointing."

"The food was so delicious and well-prepared. The service was impeccable; the entire staff was attentive, friendly, efficient, respectful and very kind. It was our anniversary and while we had indicated that on our Open Table reservation, we had not mentioned it when we were there. When they brought our dessert the words ‘Happy Anniversary’ were piped in chocolate on the plate along with a lit candle on the plate for us. Many other places we have gone to have via Open Table overlooked those details. Can’t wait to go again!"

"Seems like it could be nice HOWEVER they have disorganized staff. For example, I call for a last minute reservation and they don 't have any. Fine, I get it. But they have a high top table in the bar area, along with half booths and half tables, whatever those are. I opt for the high top. I get there and there is no table. No front of house female staff recalls talking to me five minutes prior. Treated like a sub-human by them. I sound like such a Karen for writing this, but some on, people, don 't lie to folks. Not a good business practice."

"The attention to detail and recognition of our patents 53rd anniversary and father’s 89th birthday was appreciated. The service was excellent- personable, attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent. We enjoyed oysters, special garlic shrimp appetizer, double cut bacon, beet salad, porterhouse, Kona crusted NY strip, tuna and scallops. The special touch of complimentary desserts for the special occasions was the cherry on top."
