By far the BEST BRISKET I have ever ate. The owner is one of the Nicest person I have ever met and he also gave us a private tour of the operation and the staff was Top Notch! It was their 4th birthday celebration! Although the line was long, we were seated within minutes. The service was fantastic. I had the pulled pork nachos, and my boyfriend enjoyed the rib box along with the dressing and macaroni and cheese. After tasting the dressing, he regretted not asking for an extra serving—he loved it! The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. We had a great time and will definitely return. The experience was simply outstanding across the board. The food was exceptional, with standout dishes that include the turkey with blackberry rum sauce, the creamy smoked mac and cheese, mouthwatering ribs, and the delicious brisket tacos. Don't miss out on the bread pudding for dessert—it's a must-try! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for a delightful evening out.

Absolutely incredible barbecue. We sat and ate and had no idea Paul himself was one table over talking to another group of patrons about how he smokes his meat and why he does it so. I could definitely tell, the longer I ate and listened, the flavor was well earned and after speaking with Paul myself as we got uo to leave, the service and atmosphere is second to NONE in Lake Charles. You will not find a friendlier, more down-to-earth establishment owner within a 50 mile radius. Kudos to him and his business. Don't hesitate to visit for a meal!
