"One of the worse experiences ever. A LOW class staff experience today. A group of 24 women met for our monthly lunch. Crave was every other month. We said 21 for lunch but ended up with 24. We needed an extra table but there was not a server around. There was 2 tables, no chairs next to us so someone moved a table while another went to inform staff of our need. The table was not handled by our server but another young lady. She went ballistic and irate. We did offer to pay her her tips for her table by the way. Since things went down from there the waitress, and I call her that against my better judgement then complained and she came and stated that the ladies could all leave per management. After that statement someone came and we were told that only one lady had to leave. This was because she took the waitress picture. Waitress complained that she was cursed at, which never happened. The staff then called the police to have the one lady removed the one that took the picture. By the way, she took the picture because of the way the waitress disrespected and addressed me. I happen to be 75 years old. She was telling the waitress that that was no way to speak to someone older. Our friend was escorted out by a police officer. Some of us left as a result. NEVER to return. Please think twice about supporting a business with such sad employee practices. I know I will."

"One of my friends ordered a steak cooked medium rare, but the first one they brought out was well done. We pointed this out to our new waitress, who didn’t seem to understand that "medium rare" should mean a pink center. She didn’t recognize the difference, but it's worth noting that she isn’t the one cooking the meals. After we explained it, she ordered another steak, but this time, it arrived rare. We decided to keep that one and eat around the edges, as we had already filled up on bread and sides, and my friend planned to take the rest home for leftovers. Overall, considering the hype I had heard about this place, I was disappointed during this visit. They do have other items on the menu, like a variety of interesting club sandwiches, so if I find myself in the area again, I might give them another chance. We’ll see."

"this evening mamas Rump-Rost ordered. when it came to the table, it was hot and looked good. at cutting I discovered a big piece, so I tipped around to cut when I turned the whole brat. this whole piece of meat has been scratched! I had to be placed on the plate from the bottom and covered with heavy force. the waitress was just wondering when I said it was good until here. I was offered at least something else I rejected. the setting was in the round ok, yes my layer is almost over. So it was removed from my bill and we will not return. great mais, as he has been drained so often, as often reheated! a lot of luck for you young in the future with food and service that great you need! Maybe they should bring the crew of parish diner here to show these people how it is done as they also own this restaurant, and I have always great food and service there!"

"The food is delicious, especially the pizza—definitely the highlight of our meal! We sampled a variety of dishes, but the pizza really stood out. The service was fantastic as well. I did take away one star, though, because the atmosphere feels family-oriented and relaxed at first, but it loses some of its charm when you notice people hanging around in the parking lot, seemingly waiting to spend their last dollar on video poker. That detracted a bit from the overall experience."
