P.f. Chang's - Carta

We always visit this P.F. Chang's every time we're in the area. The food is consistently great (I'm particularly hooked on the lettuce wraps).

Sunday night five thirty reservation preservation and 3of us. Only a few tables in the restaurant had patrons but the service was insanely slow

The service was awful! I was seated, and three other tables received their food before mine. I asked to speak with the manager about the waitress's service, and...

I want to caution others to avoid this restaurant. I waited over 30 minutes without receiving any service, despite asking a couple of servers for water. I ended up leaving without having eaten anything.

Overall, the food was very good. However, they ran out of fried rice and Sapporo beer and our reservation was at 4:30pm. Not sure how an Asian/Chinese restaurant runs out of fried rice that early. The service was excellent and the ambience was very nice. Ver carta

The waiter came to our table five minutes after we were seated said he’d be back to take our drink orders. The next time we saw him was when he brought our bill at the end. The manager and other staff did all the work. The food was ok but the service from our waiter was terrible.

The food at P.F. Chang's will never disappoint. Our tempura calamari was interesting and eaten quickly. Our entrees (beef and broccoli for me, honey shrimp for my wife) was tasty. But the service on the night we visited was lacking. Not for lack of attention. The kitchen was short staffed and our order came out over an hour after we ordered it. We were offered 50% off the bill, so I will give them that. But I will not be returning to this location for a year.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited an entire hour without receiving our appetizers or food, while other tables were being served. When our meal finally arrived, it was barely warm, and the appetizers showed up only after we had finished eating. The manager kept offering us free drinks and dessert instead of addressing the issue or providing a discount on our actual order. The server also couldn’t explain what went wrong.
