Amazing food, however, it took an hour to get our entrees at only 50% capacity.

Nice atmosphere as usual. Made the reservation, table was ready when we arrived. Good food, nice servic.

They stopped taking reservations from open table...but never canceled with us, so they did not have our reservation when we arrived so we had to wait for 30 minutes.

do not book this restaurant by an open table! their systems are not compatible, and they did not find my reservation. they sat us, but only after 15 minutes. they had open tables, but were not seated. eating service was extremely slow. I enjoy pj changs, but I will not go back.

the uniform of the waiter was not clean and his mask was so old and disgusting. the table was not clean and the wall next to our table had food stains. the waiter has forgotten our appetizers. the food content was much less than usual. they ran out of suppenbögen so that the waiter brought us to the container. only after a long period of thirst, only a water is refilled at the end. I have always asked about the right one that was led to eat left and the waiter never brought to me. Ver carta

We walked I 5 min before our reservation and were told we did not have a reservation. Even though I had the reservation confirmation on my phone they said the Open Table reservation system had not been working for some time. The manager said they didn’t know how to stop it and then said it is really not his problem we should have called the restaurant. Not the kind of response I expected. We did find 3 seats to eat at the bar as they said it would be an hour wait which is why we made a reservation. The dinner here was a special request for a special occasion or I would have left. Never had this issue with Open table or PF Chang’s just very disappointed on how the manager responded.

We made reservation for 3 on Opentable. Male at host stand said it's not even turned on at restaurant and refused to honor the reservation and we were put on wait list. He then starts complaining with female hostess openly about this issue and other guest issues that had happened as if no one could hear. A male with 6 females entered restaurant five minutes later and had same issue, his Opentable reservation was not in their system. The male host did not argue with him and he was seated immediately. Same issue, different treatment. The service was over 2 hours making our time in the restaurant over 2-1/2 hours. Only at the end of service were we told there are only 2 chefs preparing food for...

This PF Chang's location is the best one available for those of us in the St. Charles area. The food is always good here, the menu offers new items, and the service is always outstanding. We tried the new PF Chang's at the Streets of St. Charles and we were very excited to finally have a location close to us. Well the good news is the location. There were plenty of servers and everyone was friendly enough. And the food tasted good. Then there is the not so good news. We ordered margaritas and were done with our appetizers before the drinks arrived!! (At 4 pm in the afternoon no less). The menu did not have all of the newer options that Chesterfield offers.
