P.f. Chang's - Carta

The food was fantastic but the service was not. I have also eaten at P.F. Chang's in Houston. The food and the service was fabulous!!!!

It's been a long while, years, since I've had the chance to eat here. The opportunity presented itself and as always, it was delicious!!! See you soon!!!!

The bar staff had a rough night. The beer taps were malfunctioning, leading to some frustration among the staff, which affected the overall experience in a negative way.

I absolutely love this P.F. Chang's. The food is always fresh and expertly prepared, and I've consistently received outstanding service. The cocktails are also fantastic every time!

Upon our arrival, our OpenTable reservation couldn't be found in their system, which they mentioned happens occasionally. Fortunately, the restaurant wasn't too busy. Kevin, our server, was outstanding. However, the kitchen was extremely slow, even though the place was only half full. I wouldn't recommend coming with a party of eight. That said, the food was quite good, and once again, our server was excellent! Ver carta

Had a very excellent meal. The soup was so beyond amazing we all wanted more. The place was very quiet, only about 5 or 6 tables being used. Our wait person was very nice, but she was just super slow and a bit forgetful. I’m not sure if she was new, but I asked if the soy sauce was low sodium, she didn’t know. I asked for extra ice, after about 20 minutes I had to ask again. She took a long time to bring the egg roll sauce that comes with our order. It was just a subpar job on the service, but the food more than made up for it.

We ordered the same dishes as before, but the calamari took a long time to come out and was oily and lukewarm. The main courses followed after quite a delay, and they were barely warm upon arrival. The salad was crunchy with a good filling. Everyone who assisted us was pleasant, and it was commendable that the manager was actively helping to bus tables and serve. The restaurant didn’t seem overly busy, which makes me think that having too few waitstaff might have been an issue. Overall, our experience was disappointing compared to previous visits to other P.F. Chang’s locations. Although it was Easter Sunday, the restaurant fell short of expectations, and we are unlikely to return.

Our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we noticed that Dan Dan Noodles were no longer on the menu. We had traveled almost an hour and a half specifically for that dish! However, TC reassured us that the chef would be happy to prepare them for us, even though they typically include chicken. In less than 15 minutes, our entire meal arrived—with chicken in the Dan Dan Noodles! They truly went above and beyond by going to the store to buy chicken just so we could enjoy our favorite meal. The food was outstanding, but what stood out even more was our waitress, TC. Be sure to ask for her when you visit, and don't forget to tip her generously—she truly deserves every bit of it! Ver carta
