"I've enjoyed the food/service at other Luna Grill locations, however the Eastvale location failed to deliver the service that I am accustomed and use to receiving. I stopped by for lunch, My food order did not make it to my table, and I noticed thatcustomers who arrived and placed order after me were getting their order fulfilled. After waiting over 25 min, I inquired at thecounter and the staff including the manager acted annoyed when I asked about my order. It appeared that they had not startedpreparing it. Given that I was on my lunch break and had already waited for such a lengthy time, I was pressed to have to getback to work. The manager did not seem to care. He did not apologize or offer to prepare the order immediately or provide anyother solution. At this time, I had no choice but to ask for a refund as I had to get back to work. The manager was not able toprocess the refund in a timely manner. I had to leave as my lunch break was almost over, so I left the restaurant withoutconfirmation of refund. I reached out to the corporate office of Luna Grill to express my concerns, however they failed torespond shame on you Luna Grill. I wasted my entire lunch break due to the poor service at the Eastvale location."
