poor slow service. eat medicore. the price not worth. could have gone to artichoke cafe for these prices.

Food was overall good. Pizza crust would be better if the bottom was crispy. Mine was a little soggy, maybe because I had a veggie pizza with a lot of toppings.

distinguish that a series of articles are not available. sediment in the bottom of the glass served white wine. the food arrived only 30 minutes after the order. then came salate, serve abrée surpassed the salat eating.

We had hoped when they changed their name and menu it might be a little better. Nope it got worse and the menu didn't really change. Why have a wine list when you don't have any of the wine in stock?? The service was iffy at best and the food was the worst meal I have ever had out, that includes fast food places. I will not be going back again.

We enjoyed three different appetizers and all three were well prepared and very tasty. The fried Brussel sprouts were crispy and not greasy at all, the charcuterie board had three delicious types of meat and three unique kinds of cheese. Finally, the bruschetta was crispy and the house-made mozzarella was tender and well-balanced. Our server was attentive but never bothersome and provided very good recommendations on the menu and wine list. Overall, a wonderful date night that was fun and relaxing! Ver carta

We showed up for our 03/22/19 reservations to see only an empty parking lot and an unlit building. I could see a red tag on the door and walked up to read that it had been closed by the Environmental Health Department. Pentola will fix all problems and be reopened in a couple of days and we will be able to eat in next Friday's Business Journal exactly what the violations were. We love the place and usually eat here every other Friday and will probably continue to do so if this is not the death of their already marginal business.

when the waiter starts by listing all the elements on the menu from which they are, it is not a good start. then we just ordered a few things to get him back and tell us they were also from these things. I ordered an salate and did not receive the one I ordered. I asked the waiter about it and he didn't seem to hear. we got the menu back to check if I have the wrong salad. that is when he told us that they were probably also from the ingredients for this salate. this was on a Saturday night so that they should not be out of the food. the waiter pointed out that the restaurant could close. they may have such problems.

This restaurant recently changed its name with a new menu, but under the same management. As Piatanzi it was a reliable neighborhood venue and served a nice selection of Italian favorites with a good wine list. Something has since gone awry. Greatly reduced availability of wines, added on a few new items and subtracted others. We dined as a group of three ordering a pasta dish (up to their prior standard) a Basque Stew ...Not well done at all, was more like a tasteless Bouillabaisse with an over helping of lime and finally a salade Nicose that was subpar but massive. Give me quality not quantity. Because of prior history of excellence am willing to give this place another try, but they clear... Ver carta
