"Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed an order for pick up, show up a few minutes late. Cashier sees me by pick up, doesn’t bother to acknowledge for approximately 10—15 minutes. Then I’m forced to ask another employee about the order and come to find it never was made or printed. I’m sorry, but that is inexcusable. Not only that, they didn’t bother any sort of apology or compensation for wasted time. Will never spend my hard earned money here again."

We used to love this Deli, but the past few times we’ve visited have been a disappointment. Every empty table was still dirty from previous customers, and the service was slow. We only hope it doesn’t continue this way

Visited today for my 1st time. They were packed but dude at the register (long hair beanie) was super cool. Took time to recommend items and was pleasant. THE LOBSTER BISQUE IS TOO DIE FOR!!! Will Def go back. Thanks for a great 1st experience
