Pizza Factory - Carta

The pizza is fantastic! Although the restaurant was a bit short-staffed and we had to wait for some time, it was definitely worth it. The garlic breadsticks are absolutely outstanding!

This place has the best pizza I had. Just hold it and get the cheese pizza. Put some of the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on it (they will have them on the table, or ask for some if you order to go). You won't regret it.

Excellent pizza and prices. Extremely affordable for a family of 6 to enjoy a meal. The pizza was nice and crisp, fast service and clean facility. I wish it wasn't that far from us, would come back if in the area. Very recommended to try it. Ver carta

I am from The Bronx, New York. Every time I come here, I feel like I am back at home. Wesley the manager is always on top of things. I also manage my own restaurant, a sushi bar, and as a manager I can tell Wesley cares a lot. Food is great, service is amazing. Lucy Jane took good care of me too

Best Pizza in Orem by far! In fact, fresh ingredients make the difference for me safe. The value is also unbeatable. From all places to get pizza Lucy's is at the top of my stomach list because it always fresh and soo yummy. The service is the same and the atmosphere is just right. This is my favorite New York style pizza in Utah district! I usually get a slice of the slice of the month, it is so cheap and yet taste so good. The other favorite is her calzone. The cheese in them disassembles them. And to round it off, we tried the dessert calzone and loved it. We shared the dessert between us three. We're definitely going back! Ver carta

Walked in to the lobby and nobody was there another group came behind us and we were waiting for anyone to come while employees kept walking by. An employee finally rolled her eyes at my wife when she poked her head in the hall and said ?someone will helpyou.? Nobody did so I called the location and asked what we were supposed to do and they said someone would come. Finallysomeone came and said it was a 10-15 minute wait so we just left.

We waited here by the doors for a while (it was crowded) until we finally decided to leave. It was about 8pm on a weekend but still so busy. It seemed like they were short staffed perhaps. It smelled like garbage inside for some reason that night.Outside smelled like farm. Looking in the windows we could see that half of the restaurant looked like it had a nice ambiance.The other half was lit with fluorescent lights and looked more like an ice cream shop. It wasn't the way my husband rememberedit growing up, which was disappointing. I'm sure the pizza probably tastes great but we couldn't even get that far with the timewe had that late at night (with little kids with us).

My family of seven has dined at Pizza Factory a few times, and we've consistently had a good experience. While it may not be extraordinary, it's enjoyable enough for us to return. Unfortunately, the smell in the lobby and outside is quite unpleasant, reminiscent of sewage. The restaurant's layout isn't ideal, with the lobby often being empty and no staff present to greet us, though they do usually appear within a minute. A couple of times, we've encountered waits despite there being several empty tables, likely due to short staffing.
