We ordered the small pizza with pepperoni and pineapple plus a small order of the cheese sticks. Delicious!! Had a great waiter. He made sure we had everything we needed and a box for our pizza to being home.

UPDATE: Not as cold inside, but the large special is now $13.99!! Making it hard for a family of 6 to eat here: Love this place, but man it is always so cold. Even in the winter it is freezing! The kitchen should have their own unit. About too much to handle, please fix so my family come back. Thanks. I will go back to a 5 star once it's warm! Ver carta

Unfortunately, my experience at Pizza Hut was disappointing. I arrived at 7:44 p.m. only to find a sign on the door indicating that the dining room had closed at 3 p.m. due to staffing shortages. I haven’t visited Jamestown in a while, and I understand the challenges many businesses are facing right now. Hopefully, the next time we attempt to dine there, they will be open. At least we still had the option to order takeout.

This review is not directed at any specific location just pizza hut in general. STOP CHANGING THE PASTA!!! Ya'll ruined it years ago when you took away the chicken pasta Primavera that had the veggies. I had adjusted to the little square pan kind even though it was often dry. BUT NOW!! Now you went and really messed it up!! 50 bucks and the pasta was dry and the tiniest little servings. I don't know what they consider a family but mine consists of more than two people. DO BETTER!!!
