Liz the manager was so kind and accommodating! She fixed a problem that wasn’t her fault and did it with such kindness. We will be ordering again!

I needed to be in and out really quickly so I could catch the bus. Clerk (sorry can't remember her name) was really helpful. She put my order in before I paid (it was just the cheesy bread sticks). I was able to make it to the bus on time. Thank you Ver carta

I’m proud to say that this Yucaipa Pizza Hut is my go-to spot in the neighborhood. I never have to wait long for my order, and it’s always prepared perfectly. Plus, every staff member I’ve encountered has been welcoming and provided excellent customer service.

The food was terrible. Their survey asked me to rate them in Google after privately informing them of how disappointed I was, so I guess pizza hut wants this public. It's bad food and the kicker is it's not even inexpensive. I regularly spend $10+ dollars less at better establishments.

I hadn't been there in years, but I decided to visit again and ordered a big box along with boneless wings and a meat lover's pizza. After experiencing the bland and overpriced pizzas from chains like Papa John's and Domino's, this pizza was a delightful surprise. It was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Thank you! Cameron goes above and beyond to resolve any issues you might encounter. I even forgot to pick up my order, and when I came back a few days later, I couldn’t return it right away because I live far away. He remembered me and provided me with a perfect replacement. There are plenty of pizza places out there, but I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you for being honest and for being such a good manager. Keep it up, Cameron!

This Pizza Hut deserves a solid 3.5 rating. The pizza is extremely chewy, almost like gum, and there's hardly any sauce. It’s overloaded with cheese, leaving only a salty taste. I experienced this same issue three times in a row. Just picture going out for dinner only to find the pizza so unappetizing that you and your family all agree it's awful, forcing you to throw it away and get more food elsewhere. It’s pretty wild, right? Anyway, I won't be returning here again.

I ordered a pizza with a coke. Not only was it late, They brought the pizza and didn 't have coke. They didn 't mention it at all. After I called asking for the coke the manager said, what seems to be the problem? and just told me, we can bring something else if you want. I 'm so annoyed eating this cold pizza. You couldn 't even hook it up with another soda? Anything? To top it all off they put the wrong sauce. Lastly they sent me a replacement over an hour later with the wrong toppings. Honestly I 'm over dominos. Terrible service. Me and dominos have beef. Papi J 's is my new spot. Ver carta
