Pizza Hut - Carta

Just moved to Altus and wanted to get pizza. Up the road, went here and got great pizza and good service. Will be back again

We order once a week and the pizza is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Always here within less than 30 minutes. Our go to pizza place in the area!

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and was informed that it was ready for pick-up. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I was told they were out of sandwich bread.

Vegetarian options: It's pizza, you can have the toppings you like and want, what more do ya want?Dietary restrictions: Just like the Vegetarian options, you put what you want, it's pizza.

The pizza isn't cooked for the right amount of time, which feels rushed and raises concerns about food safety. As for parking, the management could use some improvement. It's no surprise that the place is often empty; now I understand why.

My experience was really disappointing. I ordered a pizza with five toppings but when I got home, there was only one topping. When I called the restaurant, they promised to credit me for a new pizza. However, when I followed up a month later, they said they couldn’t find any record of the credit and couldn’t provide a free pizza. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from them again. I recommend going to Main Street Pizza instead.

I ordered online for pickup, but when I got home, they gave me the wrong pizza. They offered to remake it or give me store credit. I mentioned that I'd already made the trip, and if they could deliver the correct pizza, I would accept the remake. However, they wanted to charge me a delivery fee. Since this was their mistake, I shouldn't have to pay extra to fix it. As a result, I had to accept store credit for only part of my order, which I didn't even want since it wasn't what I ordered. I spent 15-20 minutes on hold just to talk to the manager, and all I got was this unsatisfactory solution. I’ll use the credit but won’t be returning.
