The times we have purchased pizza at this place the pizzones we received were like burnt bunuelos..the pizza we just ordered was the new Yorker they burned the pepperoni..

The minute I walked in the store the atmosphere was vibrating with good vibes. I went from a bad mood to a great mood instantly! Staff was super friendly and food was fantastic! Ver carta

The staff is fantastic! The food was served hot and tasted amazing. We ordered a large paprika pizza, a large sausage pizza, French fries, and breadsticks, and everything was wonderful. Great job, everyone—A!

Passing through Uvalde is a sad reminder or the 21 souls lost from the school shooting last year. I'm. Glad pizza hut still has a decal saying 21 strong on it. I will never forget this town or the souls lost.

I work 12-hour shifts, and I brought my family out to enjoy what I believe is the best pizza in town. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve been turned away, and it will be the last time. The cashier told me the lobby was closed, even though it was only 8:15 PM. My family and I really love Pizza Hut, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back. Uvalde, Pizza Hut had a good run, but it’s over for us. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant late and noticed that all the staff, except for the cooks, were sitting at a table eating and seemed reluctant to assist us. It took several minutes for one of them to come to the counter. After we placed our order, we were informed that the dining room was closed, but we could wait inside for 20 minutes for our order to be ready. Unfortunately, the breadsticks were overcooked and nearly inedible.

We were pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of toppings on the pizza—much more than we remember from our previous visits. However, the boneless wings appeared to be smaller than we expected, had little sauce, and were on the pricey side, which seems to be a reflection of national inflation rather than just a specific issue with this restaurant. Overall, everything tasted fantastic, and the service was quick and friendly!

Terrible service! I ordered a pizza for delivery at a specific time, but it arrived 30 minutes late. I didn't want them to make me a new pizza, as the staff member couldn’t guarantee it would be fresh. I insisted on speaking with a manager, but they made excuses that the manager was busy. Eventually, a woman named Annie, who claimed to be one of the managers, got on the phone. When I requested a full refund, she told me I needed to pick it up, and then she hung up on me. Your team really needs to improve their customer service skills and find better management. Ver carta
