"Since they reopened after COVID, this place has really gone downhill. Half the time, my deliveries arrive cold and late. When I call to complain, I'm usually met with excuses like "we were busy" or "we only have one driver." No matter the excuse, it's frustrating when my order is 45 minutes late and arrives cold. I expect a remake at the very least, but instead, I've been told, "too bad." The staff is often rude, and the app is terrible; you can't choose your delivery time, so you have to call to request a change, but they always say the system won't allow it. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with them if it weren't for my love of their breadsticks."

Takeout seems to make up 99% of their business. When dining in, they don’t even provide a glass of water. I won’t be coming back to eat in.

We came in for lunch and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and engaging, and our food was prepared quickly and tasted amazing. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

I ordered a three-topping pizza with pork, sausage, and beef, but it was clear that only two toppings were included. There was no sausage on the pizza at all, and the beef was dry, tough, and overcooked. Additionally, there was a lack of cheese in the middle of the pizza, which made it quite unappetizing. Overall, it was one of the worst pizzas we've ever had from Pizza Hut.
