Pizza Hut - Carta

I'm not sure if there's been a change in management, but the assistant manager definitely has. The man I spoke with actually hung up on me!

Foods good but not good enough to get again after I just paid over $40 for them to just not bring all of my food and then not give that or a refund back when I try to get what I paid for. Service: Delivery Service: 1 Ver carta

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut. The staff was very rude and made us feel like we were a bother to them. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer sweet tea! What kind of place doesn’t serve sweet tea?

The Florence location offers an extensive selection of everything you might need for your home. I could have spent hours exploring, but I had to leave in time for school pick-up. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ver carta

Fast and courteous service, and the pizza is fantastic. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut because the franchise locations I used before served pizzas that tasted like cardboard once they cooled down. However, I haven't had that issue here—I've been getting pizza from this place every week and have always enjoyed it.

The restaurant in Haleyville, Alabama, is usually great, especially their BBQ pizza—it's absolutely amazing! My whole family loves it, and I highly recommend trying it. On the other hand, the Pizza Hut in Russellville, Alabama, is not a good choice. The service is extremely slow, and the food is terrible. I definitely would not recommend that place at all.
