I have the delivery of these guys by Uber Eats. The pizza was pretty good. I appreciate the large number of vegan options such as milk free cheese and vegan sausage!

The issue is that the workers give off a vibe that just showing up to work is painful. As they are taking your order I couldn’t imagine them moving any slower. We come frequently but this location was always near the bottom of quality.

I usually love Mod but this is the first location I have been to that has the worst service and food. They forgot the croutons on my salad, and gave me old brown lettuce, they also put cucumbers in it when the menu says it doesn’t have it. I wish I could give them 5 stars but because they’re not a fully vegan chain, I cannot (so unfair I ordered through the app and I assumed the cauliflower crust was began, but was wrong. Luckily, the worker let me know my mistake before eating it (I wrote in the comments to only use vegan ingredients) AND he remade it. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I've been here several times and each time my experience gets worse and worse. They rush the pizza. They don't listen. They start to get ready to close an hour and a half early so then you feel rushed to leave. They start to empty out the drink machines when they do this so if you paid to get a fountain drink and wanted a lemonade at 8:30, hope you don't plan to refill. When they put the garlic on your pizza they kinda just dash it on so when you eat it, you get a big glob in your mouth for one bite and other bites you get none. The place is some what clean. They don't go around cleaning up a lot so often times there is trash on the floor, you're cleaning your own table, or trying to jam you...

This location is gross. I’ve eaten at other locations before and they were great. Everything from the food covered front patio furniture, giant chunk of crispy oven gunk that was left in the wife’s pizza. One of the guys behind the counter had a disgusting tattered shirt that fit in with the cleanliness level I only noticed while waiting for my pizza. It’s a level of dirty that can only happen with neglect over time. The kitchen looked very messy and unorganized compared to other locations, but the pizza still tasted good.
