"There are so many wonderful, delicious things about this family owned business, I don’t know where to begin. The Hilltop is a Supper Club in the truest definition. From the friendly hostesses, the bartenders speed and the servers efficiency is only topped by the chefs magic. First things first, a must have …an old fashion of course. They muddle the sugar cube with the goodness. Complimentary homemade cheese balls are set out at the bar on Friday and Saturday. They are also on the menu, so order 1 to take to your next party) My favorite menu item is the combo. A 6oz fillet and 4 shrimp. The filet is so tender, a butter knife will cut it! The shrimp can be ordered grilled, fried or bourbon glazed. Homemade soup, deserts and other goodies are amazing. You will leave here with a happy tummy and heart!"

"I visited this restaurant for lunch with a friend today, and I can honestly say it's home to the best tacos I've ever had! We tried the Carnitas with corn tortillas, and I can't stop thinking about them. The only reason I rated the atmosphere four stars instead of five is that the music was a bit too loud for conversation, but it was still enjoyable as background noise. Our server was fantastic; she provided excellent recommendations and encouraged us to return for more dishes to try. She truly made our experience memorable. I will definitely be coming back!"

"New owners! They do a much better job with their pizzas and their customer support. The pizzas are much more beautiful looking and the crust has improved. The delivery drivers also care to protect customers when the County Health Office has mask jobs. I am impressed by the improvements made by the new owners. Hooray! The pizza is better than normal, but I'm still disgusting. A few years ago, I submitted a review for Tanos where I described the pizza as terrible. Tonight, the pizza we had delivered was really good. Unfortunately, at a time when COVID19 infected 10% of the tested, the delivery driver showed up at our door without a mask. Any other company I've been working with has delivered or cash collection has masked contact staff. I will not order Tanos again until they change their delivery protocol or the pandemic is over."

"My husband and I visited Cross Plains for the first time since moving to Madison 5 years ago. We stumbled across Nineteen09 and thought the building looked so beautiful so we had to go in and check it out. We were thrilled to discover it's a wine bar! The building itself is gorgeous! It's a beautiful stone building surrounded by flowers, lanterns, and a beautiful patio. The patio was really impressive, it had a stone fireplace, sturdy outdoor furniture, string lights, and my favorite feature- Bluetooth umbrellas to play your own music!!! We loved this feature, it made us feel like we were at home, drinking wine on our own patio. Unfortunately, we don't have a patio but we plan to fully utilize this one and pretend it's our own. : The are a self serve wine bar so you can get a card from the bar and pour your own wine so it of their machines. They have about 3 machines of wine to choose from. They had lots of reds, whites, and roses to choose from. Their bar also had canned cocktails, whiskey, and other liquor to choose from. They serve charcuterie boards for food and they looked fantastic. We will definitely try one out next time! We will definitely be back! Do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem if you haven't already."

"We just left from Reyes Mexican Restaurant and it was the absolute best experience! We were looking for somewhere fun to have my birthday lunch with my 3 year old daughter and husband, and came across this place. Our waitress was so sweet and kind with my daughter, bringing her out strawberries while we waited for our food. Then, they surprised us by playing birthday music and bringing out hats for all of us to wear and dessert that was delicious!! We left out of here feeling like we couldn’t have been more lucky to find this restaurant and would love to come back here every time we’re in the area! I got the steak tacos (YUMMY and my husband got the beef enchiladas (SO GOOD! . Thank you Reyes restaurant for making our day!!"
