Great Mexican food, delicious generous portions at very reasonable prices. Waitress was very attentive. All in all a great experience.

so , so , so dirty in there.. the walls were so gross with dried up food on them.. tables and floor sticky.. we usually have great luck there.. not this time

We recently moved to the neighborhood and have already eaten here twice. Each time, we've been very satisfied with our meals. Whether we opted for takeout or dined in, the quality has consistently been outstanding. This place is definitely going to become one of our new favorites.

Very good Mexican food served with a smile! The service is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. Casual, festive setting that's fun for families or drinks appetizers. The drinks are huge! Two of us got the combination platters loved the many vegetarian options. Their salsa is delicious wish we ordered the homemade guacamole! Our meal also came very quickly. 6 stars for service!!

This is an excellent place for Mexican food in the area. Their menu includes all the classic dishes you would expect, along with some unique options that are definitely worth trying. I find that the food tastes fresher than at many other restaurants, and I've never had a bad meal here. We often order the fajitas to share, and they are absolutely huge! Plus, they serve giant, delicious margaritas! It can get quite busy, so there’s sometimes a wait, but the service usually remains attentive. We have only experienced subpar service once during our many visits over the years.

Colorful and fun Mexican restaurants bar in Bellingham. Large bar area with comfortable stools. Margaritas come in different sizes. The large is huge and enough to share. Had dinner and drinks on a Saturday evening. Got on the waiting list which was a 10 minute wait for a table, but two bar stools opened up which is what we preferred. Shared the Vallarta fajitas for two but was enough for three or four. Fajitas was a combination of shrimp, chicken, beef and Chorizo covered in melted cheese. The cheese was a bit unique compared to other Mexican restaurants. It was delicious along with refried beers and rice, and an order of guacamole prepared table side by Maria.

I love Sol De Mexico. I have been coming here frequently for years. The drinks and food are usually very good. However in the past few months the service and quality have degraded to a horrible point. I get it. Everyone is understaffed, life sucks for everyone and inflation is running rampant. However when i 'm coming out to spend 100+ for my wife and I to be able to eat and have a beverages I do have some standards that I hope are followed. In May we came to eat here. Both of us got the fajitas. They are usually amazing. There was something off about it. The green peppers were still fresh and uncooked. One even had a produce sticker on it. The beef was flavorless.
