The service was quite disappointing. While the food was flavorful, the portion sizes were just average. Price per person: $10–20. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4.

Really disappointed waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. When server finally showed up, took our drink and food order, got our drinks in about 5 minutes...waited an hour for our food. When I told the server that we 'd been waiting an hour, her response was well we 're busy. Yes it was a Friday, but we sat down at 6:30...sure am glad it wasn 't rush hour! Price per person: $30–50

The food was not good, very greasy. I had a panini, and it was not made in a panini press it was covered in grease as if it were put on the griddle for too short of time. The bread was not toasted. It was slapped together and full of grease. The onion rings were not cooked through very mushy, not crisp, and again didn't cook them throughly. The service was just okay. We love this place, food, service have all been good BUT feel they could be even better if they didn’t charge for every sauce, etc. We love their wings but be aware sauce is not included. Yes you read that correctly, if you want sauce, there is a charge .99). For an order of 30 wings we were given one sauce, and yes we had to pay for that and no it was not enough for 30 wings. We order wings a lot this is the only place that has ever charged for ranch then not give enough for that amount of wings. We will continue to go here but think they could benefit from this minor adjustment.

My husband and I always order to go, everywhere we go. We have a couple of drinks, order food to go, then leave. Always leave a good tip. We both ordered the beef wet burrito. We got home and it was sooo flipping hot, we could not even enjoy any part of the work that went into creating it. After 2 or 3 bites, it all went into the trash. First scraped off sauce, then tried to pick out jalapenos from inside. We have ordered wet burritos all over the place, but never have we ever thrown it away. $60 bill including tip, in the trash. I did not realize that the hot peppers, finely chopped, were actually inside the burrito, which meant no picking them out. Live and learn. This was absolutely horri...

This restaurant has really declined. I worked there from 2015 to 2016, and both the food and service were outstanding back then. However, my recent visit was the complete opposite. The waitress initially informed us that she wasn't our designated server and promised to get us drinks while we waited. After half an hour with no sign of our actual waitress, I approached another waitress, only to find out that the original one was indeed ours. She had been absent the entire time. Our food tasted like it was cooked in old grease, and throughout the two hours we were there, it was a struggle to get drink refills or even see our waitress.
