This was my first visit to Rachel's, and I tried the apple turnover—it was so delicious! I would definitely recommend the baked goods!

My birthday cake, black magic with cream cheese frosting of course, went from OB to the Grove and finally to me on the mainland. It was the best one ever, which is quite an accomplishment seeing as it’s the most delicious cake always!! I had it for breakfast lunch and dinner!! Happy happy

Make sure you put this place in your itinerary when you visit Fire Island. Their classic Chocolate Chip Cookie is delicious and so are the other treats they have to offer, such as the Apple Turnover, the Crumb Cake, and the Icecreams. We were so pleased to discover this restaurant on Fire Island! As someone with Celiac disease who must strictly adhere to a gluten-free diet, dining out can be quite challenging. While they don’t have a separate gluten-free menu, they do provide gluten-free buns, pasta, and some baked goods. Our server, Lauren, was incredibly knowledgeable about Celiac disease and gluten-free options. She made excellent recommendations and ensured that my meal was safe. In addition to being an outstanding server, she was also our bartender and crafted some fantastic drinks for us. The food and atmosphere were both delightful.
