"The menus are confusing. For the drinks, it says buy a drink and take the souvenir cup home 21oz, $14.00 . There are no other options. My wife ordered a drink and got the cup. When I ordered my drink it came in a regular 16oz pint glass. I asked the waitress about it and she said that she assumed I didn’t want the souvenir glass because my wife had already gotten one ?? . I said that I’d like to get the glass if I was paying for it. She said that no, that my drink was $3 cheaper. I said I would have liked to have the larger drink with the souvenir glass, and asked her if I had ordered incorrectly. She said that she had decided to change on her own, and I showed her the menu how there was no other option for drink size etc. I said I didn’t mind paying full price for the smaller drink but would still like the souvenir glass. She was very rude and confrontational during the whole experience. When we eventually got the bill, she had charged $14 for my wife’s drink like it states on the menu, but then charged me $11 for my drink PLUS $7 for a souvenir cup. So I ended up paying $18 for a smaller drink than my wife’s. Very upsetting, very poor customer service, and when asked to speak to the manager, and after waiting 10 minutes for him to come by, he just said the server was new and adjusted the price down to the price quoted on the menu of $14, without offering any sort of small offer to make up for our lost time and headaches. Either include all the choices on the menu, train the staff better so they actually inform patrons of their options, or train the managers on how to better appease the inevitably disappointed customers."

we took our son here for a special dinner and he loved the animals and the ambiente and the food and service was impeccable and very tasty!

Great for a 7 year olds birthday. Just know you’re not getting the best quality food if you go. Our waiter was so busy with birthday celebrations he kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for. The kids had fun and enjoyed it. Ver carta

Havent been here in like 15 years or so .. Celebrating our birthday. Food was a little different than i remember? The Volcanoe use to actually sparkle like a firecracker… i think. Anyways Ambience is cool and our Server Candice was the BEST !

our waitress for us to enter our food after 45 minutes. the manager was beautiful and gave us a free queso but also eating came from burger was wrong waitress not again in order was simply with salat when it was assumed to be everything but salat and then was over boiled. the tacos I knew will be spicy cuz the jalapeño sauce, but it tasted like biting in a straight jalapeño. after driving 2 hours just come here, it was very annoying and disappointing.

My daughter wanted to go. While it’s an experience the first time, after that it is overpriced and the menu is not fantastic. I got the taco salad and there was way too much lettuce., and they forgot the sour cream. Missing attention to detail. I think you need a decent chopped salad on the menu. I felt our server was overwhelmed, and I didn’t appreciate the fact she had to try and sell us on the “preferred Landry’s card”, it really took away from the experience. Won’t be coming back and as I travel for work I will certainly avoid your establishment. If I am going out to enjoy myself, I certainly do not want a sales pitch. Ver carta

this special rain forest cafe was extremely understated. we waited for 15 minutes for our waitress to come to our table and we're not even sorry about the waiting period. she rolled up as if we had just set ourselves. it would disappear for a long time. we had to finally ask the manager where our children were eating and our appetizer was because it was about 20 minutes and my husband and I had still not ordered our food. she smells like she drank. she was nice, but there was no hectic. Service was lacking. I made reservations months ago. In my reservation I included that we were celebrating a Birthday. I also received an email from Jennifer about purchasing a Birthday package. Not only was the server not aware that we were celebrating a birthday. Jennifer never communicated my package requests. The manager tried to upsell me a Rainforest birthday plate. I asked him to check and see if it comes with the $24.99 package. I never saw him again. But the plate magically appeared again. The only magical experience of the night.
