"It's Cane's, so my rating can't go lower than a 3, but I have to say that visiting New Orleans and finally getting to try Cane's was quite disappointing. After looking forward to it for so long, receiving a $60 order with every single item undercooked and lacking any salt or seasoning was a letdown. Particularly when you consider they have such a limited menu of just five items. The toast wasn't even toasted, the fries were soggy and seasoned poorly, and the chicken was slightly undercooked with no extra flavor—just chicken and breading. To make matters worse, I specifically requested my fries to be EXTRA CRISPY, the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time, and I notified them about an hour in advance through the mobile app before my arrival. I even picked it up the moment they brought it out. I apologize for the lengthy feedback, but it's hard to understand how they could mess up food that they prepare daily. I've attached photos of the toast for reference. Just a note: I placed my order on Wednesday the 13th at 5 PM for a 6 PM pickup, and I arrived to collect it a little before that at 5:55 PM. I hope this information is helpful."

I absolutely love it! Raising Cane's has the best chicken fingers. We can never get enough of them. They’re always fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection.

This restaurant is OK for chicken fingers. I think it's a little too pricey the prices have gone up a lot and the size of the chicken tenders are a lot smaller.

I've always enjoyed my experiences at Laplace Cane's, but on my most recent visit, I had to wait in the parking lot for over 20 minutes for just two Caniacs. If I wanted to wait in a parking lot for my food, I would have gone to Popeyes. It seems like the service is declining. I have NEVER had to wait in the parking lot for my food here until now.
