"Absolutely amazing experience for our 23rd wedding anniversary. First time at Rick Erwin and we were impressed with the service from the moment we walked in the door. Starting with the ladies at the front, to all of the wait staff, service was perfect. Our server Kevin deserves huge praise for his kindness and how well he took care of us. We had the surf and turf. Being from Maryland we weren't sure how the quality of the crab cakes would be, but they were just perfect! And the filet was so tender and juicy. We just moved to Greenville and have been trying new restaurants every weekend since we moved in June. We both agreed this has to be the best we've been to so far. We'll definitely be back"

Everything was great overall. The one exception was that the tuna entrée had too much soy sauce. I’ve had it here before, and this was not the case. It was almost as if the soy sauce was meant to be au jus. It even splashed on my shirt. Ver carta

Rick’s West end is a staple. Although, our last two experiences we had issues. Food is great as usual, table service was extremely slow. Sat for 15 mins without water type of slow. The host/hostess stand was rude on the way in and rude on the way out. No proper greeting and no goodbye, thanks for dropping 300 bucks. They seemed more concerned about a tik tok video they were discussing.

Today was our first time at Rick Erwin’s West End Grille and our first time experience was beyond our expectations. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and “Happy Anniversary”. Our server Abdoulaye made us feel welcomed. His service was beyond amazing. He explained the menu and helped us choose what he think we would like best and EVERYTHING was delicious. 10/10 highly recommended!!! Very nice and elegant restaurant for any occasion.
