"How have I not wrote a review for Japino! I've been here at least 4 5 times and I LOVE IT. Kim the owner is the best! Since she works on her own, she likes to describe it as a One Stop Eatery, you need to be patient since it's all worth the wait! We dined in and ate out, but CALL FIRST and ask how long the wait is. PROS: Kim is blunt and will let you know how long it will take. Seating is limited, she has about 3 4 tables, so it's best to always call. You can also place a takeout order, but like I said you better call first. She's 1/2 japanese and filipino so she has a taste from each cuisine which is amazing. My faves are Curry Pork Chop, Takoyaki, Chicken Karage, Spagetti Roe, and Kare Kare. Kim's service is great since she's so personal. Things to know: Street parking She takes credit card Ask if she has specials Featured as one of the top restaurants in north jersey I always look forward to eating here and I love eating in person since we get to chat and learn more about her cooking. "I came to this restaurant with my sister. We were greeted by a man, and he sat us down quickly. The ambience of the restaurant was quite relaxing, it has abit of a dim atmosphere to it. Most of the music they put was Greek, which is perfect for the restaurant since it is Greek. The waiter waitress there were quick, efficient and nice. They will make sure you are satisfied being there. You may also come across the owner of the restaurant, greeting everyone and asking you about"

"It's a nice Italian restaurant with good service. If you come here go for the pizza which it extremely good! The pasta dishes were mediocre at best, simple and too salty. The chicken in the pasta wasn't tasty. The decore is old, but all in all, a goodplace for pizza with nice service and welcoming atmosphere."

"The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and inviting, making it a great place to socialize. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, perfect for a dinner outing with friends or family. They treated the kids wonderfully, providing them with a whole cup of crayons and ensuring their meals arrived promptly to keep them entertained. The bread basket was impressive, offering a variety of choices. The portion sizes were generous, even for the kids' menu, and the presentation of the dishes was lovely. However, while the food was decent, it didn't stand out as exceptional; it was good but not particularly memorable."

"The food was generally good. We tried the sampler plate and were not impressed with the Mozzarella sticks, however the Calamari was surprisingly tasty. The chicken fingers were delicious and the buffalo wings were decent. Our waiter was not very friendly, but we had an international waiter a few weeks ago who was extremely nice! I suppose it depends on the day you visit. The prices were fair, although they are gradually increasing. Overall, we had a good experience at this restaurant - a nice spot for a quick meal."
