They used to offer a large jar for their jarred ice creams, but now they only give you a tiny size for the same price. It's outrageous. I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Since the new management took over, the customer service has dramatically improved. The place is clean, and they even have board games and cards available for guests to enjoy. And of course, the ice rolls and Teiyake are fantastic!
