"I was surprised to see the one-star review, as I have ordered from Rosie's on several occasions and always been pleased with their product. I used to work at this location in my teens and can attest to the high quality standards the owners uphold. The dough is fresh and made every morning with care and high-quality ingredients, resulting in a crispy exterior and soft interior. The sauce is made on-site with fresh produce and spices, offering a rich tomato flavor with a hint of sweetness. The cheese is of excellent quality, complementing the other ingredients perfectly. In addition to their amazing pizzas, Rosie's offers a variety of home-cooked comfort foods, such as baked ziti, hamburgers, and steak sandwiches. Their sandwiches are made with fresh bread, quality meats, and fresh vegetables. The fried haddock sandwich is a must-try. The wings are cooked to order and sauced in a delicious variety. Despite inconsistent service, the high prices are justifiable for the quality of the food. Overall, Rosie's is a standout in the Syracuse area, offering some of the best pizza around. I would highly recommend it despite the service issues."

I grew up in Brewerton and always ate Rosie's pizza. When I moved away, I started getting Paladino's pizza, but now that I'm back, I find myself ordering Rosie's more and more. They are two different styles of pizza - Paladino's is great NYC style pizza and Rosie's is amazing Sicilian style. What really sets Rosie's apart and earns them 5 stars is the service.
