Round Table Pizza #1008

My experience was bad! The bathrooms ? do not have toilet paper dirty! TheDirty tables! There are not enough staff to serve customers! The pizza ? was good! But they must pay attention to cleanliness to get clean food!

Pepperoni pizza yum!! Haven't been since MV location. Sad that Salad Bar was sub par and No actual solid utensils. Just super flimsy plastic utensils. Which only had Forks in their bins.Granted Easter Sunday lunch... pizza still Yummy!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Never disappointed with a Round Table pizza. Nick made our stay even more pleasant. His establishment epitomizes a Round Table location. We have been Round Table fans for literally decades and Nick’s location keeps up the fine tradition of this pizza. The Lucero’s of Ontario, Ca. will definitely be back next time in San Rafael! I spent $45 what a waste of money seriously cold pizza I called the store and asked where my order was he said my phone number is wrong in the system but tells me my address? He asked can I pick it up I said no it’s for delivery my pizza was just sitting there until they found a driver through a 3rd party. Pizza isn’t the same plus it is cold I will never get pizza from here again.

Ordered 2 pizzas West Pacific instructions of no onions and and as I picked up the pizza got to where I was going I noticed the smell of peppers and onions I should have checked the box before leaving the restaurant I called the guy and told him that I had people that were expecting no onions and peppers on their pizza,and he said he would refund the money on one pizza so far no refund has been issued

I believe they need to pay more attention to customer feedback and improve their service. The person in front of me ended up leaving the restaurant because of the poor service. Additionally, their clothing and grooming didn’t seem sanitary at all, which raised concerns about hygiene. Overall, I cannot recommend this place if you want to enjoy your meal. You would likely leave feeling frustrated rather than satisfied. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. Ver carta

Don’t know about the pizza. This review is purely for their service. It sucks. My experience with The woman who answering the phone son 4/30/2024 at 4:28pm, was exceptionally poor. The level of entitlement and the attitude displayed were unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience significantly marred a child’s birthday celebration. When inquiring about the timing of our order, the response was not only unhelpful but also conveyed with a level of annoyance that was completely uncalled for. Based on this experience, I am compelled to give a zero-star review, primarily due to the terrible service and attitude of the staff.

Ordered on the RT website for delivery. They contract DoorDash. However, in there version of door dash you can’t contact driver. Also the driver location is general. Not specific. I was quoted 30-40 min delivery. I called them 1 1/2 hours later because no delivery. The “person” answering the phone at the restaurant told me the manager starts in 3 hours. I said to expect a call 1/2 hour later…Because the food is further delayed. The former dude who said a manager would be in later , magically is now magically the owner and he cancels my order.I will not order from them again. I would be cautious. And whatever you do don’t complain.Rb

My family and I love pizza, so each time we travel we get pizza for at least one meal. I've been to pizza in every corner of the US, Chicago, matty matheson's pizza joint, Tommaso's, momofuku(canada).My wife loves breadsticks, so the roundtable chain is always a solid bet (they have good breadsticks consistently)I don't ushually write reviews but I had to today. We got our food, the pizza was great and these are the best breadsticks we have ever had, seriously.The owner was working and we got to speak to him, he's a great guy (Nick).Well my wife went to check out the local parks with the kids durring my appointment and she told me while we were eating that she heard a noise.. long story shor...
