"It was my day to see a Ruby Tuesday location open. Most, if not all in Richmond, have VA closed. I ordered the salad bar, my favorite function of RT. They offered all the usual things except the most important: homemade pumpernickel croutons. Maybe it's just a VA thing, I'm not sure. Not having the crumbs was disappointing, but the food was good and I will return when in WVA again."

If you're traveling to and from Kentucky, this is our favorite spot to eat and take a break. We're always impressed by the service and the outstanding quality of the salads.

The ribs and chicken topped with hickory bourbon sauce were outstanding! The red velvet cake was delicious as well, and I should mention that the portion is large enough to serve 3-4 people. I will definitely order again—thank you!

Everything was over priced. The food I ordered is not what I got. The food was only half cooked. It had nothing to do with the dasher, it was all Ruby Tuesdays fault. The thought of the food was so much better than the actual food!

The baked potato was cold and had a blackened interior, while the steak was not served hot. It took an eternity to receive our food, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. I ended up having to go back to address these issues. Ver carta

there was and inch and a half of grease juice steak was over cooked, the vegetables were under cooked, the additional shrimp was not worth the charge, the cheesecake had no fruit, most definitely will not order from Ruby Tuesdays again.

The onion ring appetizer was quite bland. The barbecue nachos didn’t come with all the advertised toppings, as the jalapeños were missing. While it’s hard to go wrong with a cookie for dessert, they didn’t provide a single spoon. Since we were staying in a hotel, we had to use a fork, but unfortunately, the ice cream had melted due to the warm cookie.
