"I had been craving a po'boy for two weeks when I stumbled upon The Catch. The grilled shrimp po'boy was fantastic! They also gave me a sample of their gumbo, which I just enjoyed at home. It's the only gumbo I like as much as my own. It was amazing! I've found my new favorite restaurant. Woohoo!"

"When I called to inform them that a crucial item from one of the plates was missing, I was politely told they would inform the employee at the window. That really doesn’t help my daughter, who had ordered something that required the missing item. There was no offer of compensation—just a promise to relay the message. Fantastic management! They fail to take responsibility and end up placing the blame on the window staff, when in reality, it’s the management that should be addressing this ongoing issue. I don’t want to leave a negative review if the employee was genuinely at fault since a little kindness and a positive attitude can make a huge difference. My review isn’t directed at the staff member at the window; he was fine. It’s about the establishment as a whole. It’s frustrating and disappointing to encounter such consistent carelessness."

"Food- What else can I say about the food here? It's so good and their home made BBQ sauce is just, . So tasty and savory. The meat is FALL OFF THE BONE good. So tender and Smokey. Service- They are so nice! Very understanding if it is your first time. Me and my grandpa went and neither of us had been there. They answered all of our questions with no problem and were super nice. 10/10! Ambiance- I like the layout. You go into a small building and get to order then you sit where you'd like! They bring their food out to you and you go to town. Final Thoughts- They definitely deserve to be labeled as one of the top ten BBQ places in Texas. Good food and service and a good spot too."

"eating was just delicious. I had fried alligator bites with 2 different sauces, crabtail-Po-Junge, red beans and rice, roasted okra, hushpuppies and a hash brown. I also had fritted frog legs for the first time, as well as a twill ring for a garnish. the frog legs were good, tasted almost like huh. the Alligator bites were really good, tasted like chicken nuggets. I love eating Cajun/Creole. the whole restaurant was decorated like a pirate ship."

"During my last visit, the service at Bruno's was slow. We waited at least 15 minutes to place our order, and then the lasagna arrived about 10 minutes after the pizza. Despite this, I usually give Bruno's 5 stars because we always love the food. I have been eating here since the late 70's and it is always so yummy. However, the last time we were there, the service was very slow. The waitress initially got our drinks, but then disappeared after we needed a few more minutes to decide on our order. After waiting for about 15 minutes (or more), I finally had to get up and ask at the counter if she could take our order. When she eventually came back to our table, I asked why she hadn't returned, and she simply mentioned that she had been answering the phone a lot. She did not apologize for the delay. While the phone was indeed ringing, the restaurant was not very busy inside. We do understand that there may be staffing issues nowadays, but they did not mention this as the reason for the slow service. Nonetheless, the food was incredibly delicious."
