"I've been to this Rutabegorz location approximately 10-15 times and I've never been quite satisfied. I think i only end up there because it is close by and somewhat convenient. I would definitely say this place is much more suitable to vegetarians than vegans There are some menu items that can be made vegan, but I've never been too impressed with their offerings. I've had several of the salads, a veggie and quinoa bowl (without the cheese), but I often just end up getting a PB&J which I could just as easily make at home. Their coffee is ok. I've had iced coffee and they do offer soy milk if you request it. I think they could do a lot more to appeal to a vegan crowd, but they don't seem interested in doing so. The service is hit or miss. Last week I ordered an iced coffee and the wrong item was brought to my table 3 times before they got it right. It seemed strange to me that something so simple could go so wrong repeatedly. However, the waitress was very apologetic. The servers have always been nice and friendly (though they can be pretty slow) and they have a HUGE menu. I think this place does appeal to a lot of people, I just don't think it's a good fit for vegans."

this is my family's favorite restaurant. they have tons of choice. I was just never worried about anything.

Wonderful!!! Incredible selection of food. Old town neighborhood vibe. Excellent Chinese chicken salad and awesome pink lemonade.. Loved it.

I have now eaten at the 1st and 2nd locations.....both excellent choices for healthy food . I am looking forward to trying the newest location in Orange soon! Ver carta

The food was delicious, the desserts were out of this world. The baker came out to see us. Jocelyn was so kind. The service was on point and our server was so nice and helpful. Thank you

they must indicate that they want to change their dish to make it vegan. had the falafel plate and switched the creamy sauce for thai (PB-based). hubby was not impressed by his omni court (cold shrimp pita sandwich).

Rutabegorz has upped its vegan offerings since I last ate there a few years ago. They seem to like cheese on everything. But there are some really good entrees labeled vegetarian that can be made without cheese. Like the tacos, chili and a great variety of salads. They even serve vegan chocolate chip cookies and cranberry pecan cookies. Ver carta

My family and I love Rutabegorz. We've been to the orange and fullerton locations and finally got around to this one. It's just as exceptional as the others. Food and service are always top tier. The seasonals are also a treat. I switched up my usual and tried one and finished every bite. Both of my parents also thought their meal was fantastic and so did my brother. If you ever visit orange county definitely look these restaurants up.

my chief many years ago and I meet here all 3 to 4 months for the last years, he is in rent and has the time and I do the time because he is a great person with so good working the time. Otherwise I would probably not have come here, but I like it enough. in the basket their menu is huge and they are very accommodating for vegetarian and vegan food. I especially enjoy their seasonal menu, it is a smaller menu and has in the more plant-based elements on the basis of what is in the season. the service was always good, sometimes a little slow.
