"Unfortunately, they were training the cooks on how to prepare the filet mignon 2 came out perfect and one came out WELL DONE... Sent it back and the next one came out as though they forgot to cook it! Gave up. I will not that I have been there several times and had fabulous food. They should do training in the morning before patrons arrive!"

They never miss. Ribeye done blood rare cooks to a perfect medium rare in the sizzling platter. Incredible! Sat in the bar area which is our preference. Excellent wine by the glass. Friendly service. Recommended.

Early dinner due to early morning following day. Quiet and very little patrons. Seated on time. Lexie was our server and provided outstanding service! Steaks were prepared properly as was the rest of the meal. Highlight was the Sea Bass. A must try. Another 5 star experience at this Ruth’s Chris.
