Ruth's Chris Steak House

It's always an amazing experience. I have an excellent time every time.

I recently celebrated my graduation at this restaurant and I was extremely impressed by the impeccable service. We were promptly seated and our food arrived in a timely fashion.

I got really sick after eating here it was a pleasant experience for the first two times I went but for some reason this time I went I got really sick the next morning the whole day was a blur Ver carta

The restaurant deserves 5 stars across the board. I shouldn't have to explain why I gave such high ratings for every category. I typically avoid writing reviews, but this place was exceptional.

Service was very slow, understaffing was the problem. Service charge added to the bill without prior knowledge for party of 5 (4 adults and a child). Food was enjoyable but service was painfully slow. First experience of this nature experienced at a Restaurant we had donned at repeatedly in the past.

Delicious food, although my filet was medium well to well done instead of medium as requested. My fault, I should have spoken up. And just one other minor thing. My husband was never offered a refill on his tea. Other than that, my son had a wonderful birthday dinner and the food and experience was amazing! Thank you from The Anderson’s! Ver carta

Have eat at Ruth's Chris many times in many different cities. This visit was one of the worst. Had to send 2 steaks back twice. The timing on the serving of the courses was terrible. The creme brulee was awful. They did deduct 1 of the small steaks and the creme brulee from the bill, but the overall experience was not what you should expect from a Ruth's Chris.

The service at the restaurant was inconsistent without any busboys or support staff, but our server was excellent. Unfortunately, all three of our side dishes arrived cold, but they eventually were reheated to accompany the delicious steak. Due to being understaffed and poorly trained, I had to personally request the manager to address the issue. Customers should expect top-notch service and experience, especially considering the prices. I must commend our server, Dacia, for her excellent service.

I’m rating the restaurant a little higher based on overall experience versus the most recent dinner I had there over the weekend. The food was generally excellent, however, steaks ordered medium rare (I usually order the filet mignon) are consistently over cooked. The last medium rare steak I received arrived with a medium cook/board wring on medium well. Service was okay, but not as good as usual. I’m going to give them one more shot on my regular list of steak houses, but for me two strikes will be enough before they fall off the list.
