"Both my wife and I ordered the Filets, and both were bland with almost no taste. It was so weird, as I have eaten at this Ruth's Chris before and the steaks were amazing! Not sure if it was the cut or the cow, but the meat was almost unconsumable. The staff was very understanding and did not charge us for the steaks, which was nice, but the point of our evening was to enjoy some top-notch steaks. I will not be returning to this location or any others and will take my business elsewhere. Again, the staff was great about not charging us for the steaks, and our waiter Mark was super great, just disappointed that we weren't able to actually enjoy a filet from an actual high-end steakhouse"

We celebrated our anniversary and received the best service. Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. The filet melted in my mouth and the creme brule was to die for, not literally. Highly recommend this restaurant

we were a party of 7. we ordered 2 of porterhouse for 2 and the tomahawk. the tomahawk was significantly smaller than advertised. we have all agreed that the steaks lacked in the quality we enjoyed there before. we have announced that it was a special occasion for our waitress. she recognized us, but nothing came from it. it took a 1/2 hour until our waitress shared the leak. everything in all it was disappointing for an evening meal that costs almost $700! Our server was so cute, but too busy. We waited more than minutes for acknowledgement and water. Lots of families with noisy, young children Part of our Ruth’s Chris experience always includes the amazing cheesecake for dessert. Without asking us, our server brought bread pudding on decorated plates and seemed so proud of herself that we didn’t say anything. We don’t care much for bread pudding. It’s still our favorite restaurant and we will certainly return

Nice decor, staff was very kind and attentive. I had to step away after we ordered for a work thing and they were kind enough to put the main course on hold while I dealt with that in their bar area. Bartender was super helpful. Food was delicious. Lobster Mac and cheese was a really large portion, lots of lobster. We had a New York strip and a t-bone- both were cooked perfectly. As were the brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. Absolutely worth the price. Staff was wearing masks, most of the patrons did as well when leaving their tables
