The Margherita Pizza does not have sliced tomatoes on top, but instead comes with tomato sauce. The 4 Garlic Knots were dry and lacked marinara sauce, with a subtle garlic flavor.

my friend and I bought a few discs from this facility last week Friday at 2am. we are sick! my friend had passed through for two days, while I was almost a week with food poisoning in coma. as much as this place looks really good, I don't think I'm coming back to them.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely impolite. They act as if it is a joke to ask them a question and don't provide helpful answers. When I called ahead to place an order, I was told I had to order a cake because they do not sell slices. However, when I arrived to pick up my cake, I found out that slices were available for purchase. The pizza itself was average; the crust was dry. I ordered a pizza for takeout and when I called to check on my order, a worker rudely told me to stop wasting their time and not to call back. This was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The staff was mean and very rude to me, and every time I called to check on my order, they just yelled at me. I do not recommend this place, as the service is terrible. The management is unprofessional, and I have also had another negative experience there in the past. I suggest avoiding this restaurant until there is new management in place. If there were a rating for kitchen cleanliness, this place would fail.

I went to this restaurant to pick up a delivery for two customers. The staff member at the counter told me that they had spoken to the customers and informed them that they were not accepting any orders for the day and could not fulfill their order. I called each customer and found out that they were lying. Even when speaking in Spanish, the staff member insisted that they would only fulfill orders placed through the Uber platform. This is completely unacceptable and I urge anyone who orders from this place through DoorDash to reconsider. They are a complete waste of time and clearly only care about a certain group of customers. This is a real issue that they have admitted to.

I am a nanny of two kids on the Upper West Side. I have been going to this place for the past 3-4 years, previously with my former nanny kids and now with my current ones. Birthdays or any pizza treat day it has alys been this place for me and my other nanny friends with their nanny family and the parents of the kids because let’s be honest their pizza is yummy and kosher!But that changes from today because of that one person in the counter who is alys taking orders. He is alys very arrogant and rude. Today was the limit..he got very mad because I ordered two slices of pizza for my kid and his friend.
