Saigon Surface - Carta

Finally... I had to see what the rave was about! Pho this.... Pho that. I must admit this place is really cute, nice atmosphere. I ordered the beef oxtail Pho added chicken and mushrooms. Spring rolls too. My guest ordered the same plus Hot and sour soup. The food was exceptionally fresh, huge portions. Very very tasty!!! I will be back 100

Phenomenal food. This has become my favorite spot to eat in Omaha. Wonderful menu and skillfully prepared. The food is so well balanced and has such amazing flavor. Service can be a bit hit and miss but honestly the food is so good I'd wait twice as long to eat it and still be happy Update as of 12/8/22: the food was perfect AGAIN and the service was AMAZING! WITH Worth every penny!

Wow.. every time I come here I keep thinking I'll get something else. But nothing beats the Tilapia Clay pot. Tilapia, caramelized potatoes, rice, and the most incredible curry drizzle you'll ever have. It's tangy, hearty, sweet, oily (in a good way). Almost makes me want to get another side of rice just so I can justify having the rest of the sweet nectar. Um. So yeah. Highly recommend. Ver carta

I finally had to experience what everyone has been raving about! I must admit, this place is really charming with a beautiful atmosphere. I ordered the beef oxtail pho and added herbs and mushrooms, while my guest ordered the same dish along with a spicy and tangy soup. The food was incredibly fresh, and the portions were huge. Everything was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back!

The food here is excellent. They have their own twist on the cuisine. Some dishes are a little bit different than what I am used to for Vietnamese food, but still very good. The Vietnamese Bun is very good. Probably best Pho I have found in Omaha. Good fresh tofu spring rolls. My only complaint is that I wish they were open more consistently. Also, they have increased their prices, but not updated their menus or Web site.

Besides pho, I've never had Vietnamese food before. I decided to try Saigon Surface, and boy am I glad I did. Vietnamese is easily in my top 5 favorite food types now. Everything was expertly prepared and so FRESH. If you're worried about portions, don't be. I can usually pack away some vittles; I hadn't eaten much today, and I left full after an entree and appetizer. Loved this place! Will be back, and will tell everyone I know. Ver carta

I’m a huge fan of their five-spice chicken wings! They’re packed with flavor and bring back memories of the wings from a Chinese restaurant in my hometown, which is a compliment. I really enjoy the oxtail pho, although I usually order it without the beef meatballs. The flan is delightful! However, I didn’t care for the calamari. My partner enjoys the Saigon egg rolls and the yellow curry chicken! We’ve only ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant.

I had never tried Vietnamese food before, but I decided to give Saigon Surface a shot, and I'm so glad I did! Vietnamese cuisine has now become one of my top five favorite types of food. Everything was professionally prepared and incredibly fresh, which was clearly evident in the way it was served. I usually have a good appetite, but since I hadn't eaten much earlier in the day, I left feeling completely satisfied after my meal, including an appetizer. I absolutely love this place! I will definitely be back and will spread the word to everyone I know.

Saigon surface is always a great experience for me ordering from door dash, and that's saying a lot. Everything is always meticulously prepared and the taste is always great. I recommend the Ox tail Pho and the Mi Vit Tiem (roast duck soup). The rolls are great as well if you're looking for a different flavor profile than your standard Chinese takeout eggrolls. I've made Pho before and it is not easy nor quick. They deliver time after time with phenomenal flavor and great service. Also, you'll probably have a hard time finishing a serving of Pho in one sitting, especially if you have something like eggrolls or calamari to go with it. That being said, mine is usually gone in less than 15 minu... Ver carta
