"MUST STOP WHEN I'M IN TOWN!! When I travel to Indy for business, you can be guaranteed that there will be a receipt from Sam's on my expense report. The food is excellent. I usually get the Spicy Gyro, but today I tried to be a little healthier and got the Gyro Salad. I was not disappointed. The Falafel and Swarma are great also. It is a cozy atmosphere, nicely decorated with music, but you can come in with a suit or shorts! Do not pass this place up if you are in Castleton."

The service was extremely polite, the food was fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous. If my child enjoys it, that earns it a 5-star rating! It’s great for takeout or dining in. Thank you!

Food was good. I went with chicken shawarma, got the cucumber sauce, I thought it would be tzatziki but turned out to be like a sour cream sauce with chunks of cucumber diced into it. Service was friendly and approachable. Ver carta

This is a fantastic spot off the beaten path. We discovered it on Google Maps during our trip. The food is delicious, especially the spiced gyro! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner even stopped by to greet us. We'll definitely make a stop here the next time we’re in the area!

I always have a great experience at Sam's Gyros! Having grown up in the Chicago area, I developed a taste for authentic Greek Gyros. When I moved to Indianapolis over 15 years ago, it was hard to find anything that compared. Thankfully, Sam has changed that for me! Whenever I'm in the mood for an amazing Gyro, I know to head to Sam's. The staff there are also fantastic and make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I was often here, never disappointed and never hungry. It is a small local company with limited staff. The place can go from dead too busy in a flash of the eye, so be patient, the food is worth waiting. The hummus and the spicy gross are my favorite. I usually get the whole gyroscope, but should get half because it's huge, but it's so good I always eat too much. Tried the Lamb Kabob for the first and I enjoyed every bite. I often come back.
