What a delightful surprise! I had no idea what to expect since I had never tried Serbian food before. We ordered a bit of everything, and we were impressed with every dish. We will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered pork rinds, spicy sausages, and a few other items to be sent to Iowa, and everything arrived on time, fresh, and delicious! I plan to order more food and will definitely stop by when we visit Chicago. I've only had it in the USA so far. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant for pitas and bureks to celebrate my boss's birthday. Entering the place felt like a scene from a movie, as all the men at the tables turned to look at me—quite amusing! There was a wide selection of pitas, pastries, and an abundance of smoked meats to choose from.

I truly adore this restaurant! The pork cracklings are the best I’ve ever tasted—so fresh and packed with flavor. They go wonderfully with a side of white rice. I’m really happy I found this place. Everything here is delicious and made fresh. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking fantastic homemade Serbian cuisine and friendly service.

I tried the chicken soup last week, and it was delicious! I asked who made it, and they told me it was Keka. She deserves a solid 5 stars! I love the Gibanica and Serbian Salad as well. I've been coming here for years, and one of my all-time favorites was the fried peppers with cheese, but unfortunately, they don't have that anymore. Still, this is my favorite bakery, and I highly recommend it! Ver carta

Sandy’s has delicious home-cooked food and many prepared foods ready to go. If you have not had Serbian cevaps- get some fresh and grill or fry them up at home. You will not be disappointed. The pjeskavica (Serbian Hamburger) feeds 2 or 3 people as a dine in option for $18. The homemade bread (pogacha).... once you take a bite you can’t stop eating it. Sandy’s also has a large selection of European wines, liquors and groceries. Don't miss this gem!

As they keep increasing prices for what used to be decent food in this cramped, poorly maintained space with an unpleasant odor, it seems their priority is more on profit than on customer satisfaction—something I find common in certain establishments. There are definitely much better Serbian restaurants in the area. In summary, this place is overpriced, the staff is unfriendly, and the smell is quite off-putting. If they don’t change their ways, I worry they won’t be in business for long. I wouldn’t recommend dining here; there are many superior options nearby.

I guess they got positive reviews from their family and friends..Food quality is not the same anymore but they’re increasing the prices every month , it gets worse and worse.. You will find the most overpriced food here , ridiculously overpriced.. $18 for 8 pieces of bajadera cake is unacceptable. When they were increasing the prices of this decent food in this small , poorly updated place with a bad smell inside, they didn’t think about people all they were thinking of is themselves making a profit without investing anything typical Serbian mentality). There is a lot better Serbian places around . Overpriced , unpleasant stuff , bad smell .They will be closing down this place if they don’t... Ver carta
