Sushi is very tasty and the drink menu is extensive. The tepan grill is fun too. I recommend the vegetable tempura as an appetizer. The “Go Seahawks” and the “Cherry Blossom” rolls are the bomb!! The atmosphere at Sapporo Steakhouse is fantastic, and the food was outstanding, beautifully presented as well. I only sampled the sushi and sashimi, and everything was exceptional. The chef's choice sashimi was a delight, with each piece melting in my mouth and surprisingly generous portions. The California roll might be the best I've ever had, served with warm rice and plenty of crab. I also chose this spot to celebrate my birthday, and they have a special selection of complimentary items, which included a large mixed drink, ice cream, a hat, a candle, a drum song, and a $10 gift certificate! It's an incredible place, and I can't wait to return!

On the downside, I wasn't impressed with the hibachi. At $60 per person, it felt overpriced and disappointing. The lobster was smothered in sauce, leaving it overwhelmingly salty, while the fried rice was tough, and the vegetables lacked seasoning. The chocolate cake tasted as if it had been microwaved. However, the filet mignon was a standout—delicious, tender, and cooked to perfection. Overall, I’m giving Sapporo a good rating because the bar and sushi experience are truly top-notch.
