We have been customers, eat in and take out, for several years. The food has alway been delicious, and the portions generous. Our waiter, Dylan was a joy, he is knowledgeable and very personable with customers. He made our dinning experience enjoyable.

We have been going to Saucy's for years. Tonight experience was less than desirable. The manager, Jimmy, allowed a family to bring their dog into the restaurant. It is against county/state code for an animal to be inside of an enclosed restaraunt. We were trying to enjoy dinner without pet hair in our food. This was unacceptable. I recently tried the eggplant parmesan at Saucy's after a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, the breading on the eggplant was soggy and mushy. I really enjoy eggplant parmesan, but this was the worst I've ever had. On the bright side, the spaghetti was good, so I didn't end up wasting all my food. However, the piece of white bread that came with it was wrapped in paper and ended up being dry. Based on this first experience, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

We love the pizza but we had the chicken parmesan. In prior times I thought it was outstanding but this time the chicken cutlets were processed and tasted like it, reminding me of cheap TV dinner chicken of years past. The breading was not nearly cooked long enough. The marenera sauce was outstanding but could not make up for the chicken and small portion of mozzarella cheese partially covering each cutlet. Will stick with the pizza from here on out. The restaurant AC is on overdrive and far too cold, uncomfortable.

Terrible experience! This is the second time I’ve received a cold pizza delivered to me. When I placed the order, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, which I anticipated. However, after waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I decided to call and check on my order. On my first call, I was hung up on, and when I called back, a younger woman answered and seemed completely uninterested. She informed me that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before our food arrived. So that’s an hour and a half for a very simple order! I understand that delays can happen, but 30 minutes extra is excessive. The staff was dismissive, rude, and condescending, and to top it off, the pizza arrived cold with a... Ver carta
