"Hey, everybody, I've been passing by a month since we moved into the area, the smell of food from the grill was intoxicating! I was so excited about it! if I am honest, it was not to be expected to eat. the grill had a banner that promoted eating in the free on the road. we came ready on Saturday with our appetit. the terrace has a nice general feeling, but the tables and the hardscape could use maintenance as a boundary line rundown. In addition to our cannon, the outside area has no music, there are bad notes. more to personal. throughout the project was the personal super friendly, and apologetic about the delay of means of life due to a very full restaurant in the interior, which is in order. in total, the staff received the highest notes. my meal was a land fried steak and kartoffeln with brown engraving. gurkensalat as my second side. the gurkensalat disappointed, delicious gurkens and tomato drowned in Italian dressing. the land fried steak seemed to have no broth or crunch. the brown engraving was good, however, as the season, only not the fried steak I was sold. the kartoffels were great, slightly small, but that's okay. Do I think I deserve my money? sad, no. overall I don't think I'm back."

"We had the wings and shrimp and grits. The food was amazing. They are a super nice family run business. My wings were cooked perfectly, juicy, and the Gullah sauce is an amazing sweet heat I've never had before. My wife's shrimp and grits were a welcome surprise to the traditional Cajun spicy kind. It takes a minute but everything was cooked to order and fresh. We will definitely stop there again when traveling through Manning. Service: Take out"

"Im giving 1 star cos it doesn't have a 0 star!!! We were looking something else to try in manning for a place to eat since manning don't have a lot of places to eat).. looked up this place... cos it gave 5 stars...we chose to give it a try...Well...we get there and placed the order threw the window..the guy there had a lot of customer service...we had to sit and wait in car..took awhile..they finally got it finished...I couldn't wait to get home to eat...got a BBQ rib plate and 3 piece fried chicken plate.. now I've eaten a lot of BBQ in my life)This ribs were soo tough and had ashes on it..looked burnt tasted terrible to be honest) ...some people said it was falling off the bone ...Not Mine..couldn't even hardly bite it off the bone...the worst ribs I've have ever tasted..mac n cheese was too mushy.. Hash n rice was ok and the fried chicken plate..the chicken was full of grease wasn't crispy)...no flavor! I waisted 35.00 on two plates was very unsatisfied)! Some people might like them.but this is my opinion ...for the time I went. This Was the first time and my last time! I will go to burgerchick next time.thier fried chicken isn't greasy ..its crispy and it has flavor and price is reasonable....Good luck to anyone that chooses to go to this place.i know it won't be me."

"I really adore their homemade potato skins, but I wish they would make them more often! I go out of my way to get them, but recently I had multiple negative experiences. When I tried to address the issue with the owner about his employees giving conflicting information, he defended them and didn't seem to care about the misinformation being spread. It's clear that many of his employees are family members, and I refuse to support a business that is not willing to listen or address customer concerns. I will not be returning and will also advise others to do the same. Disrespecting customers and disregarding their feedback is unacceptable."

"So, I'm passing through the area. I stopped for the night and didn't want the fast food experience for dinner. I see Shoney's close to my hotel. I haven't been to a Shoney's in 30 plus years. I order the fried fish from my server, Amaya, who was very cheerful and professional. The fish was cooked to a crispy golden brown perfect. Thanks for a great dinner and excellent service."
