Elevated cuisine and top-notch service. The food was all so delicious, Oxtail dumplings and the duck being two of my favorites. What we all really enjoyed was watching the kitchen in action. Fun evening!

Our server, Tiara, was outstanding. She had a thorough knowledge of the menu and provided great descriptions of the dishes. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

I have eaten there 3 times in the past year and have enjoyed every meal. Love that the students are the chefs, hostesses, mixologist, etc. Just a great way to support these young professionals before they enter the main stream culinary business. My wife and I made a dinner reservation for our anniversary. We opt’d for the 4 course experience and we really enjoyed it! The food and service was outstanding. The wait staff takes good care of you and offers great suggestions on the menu items. The food pairings were well thought out and were delicious! When you plan to go make reservations well ahead of time to get the day and time you want.

We had 2 couples, all of us chose the 4 course meal. We mostly ordered various dishes to be able to sample the different presentations. Unofficial winners: 1st course-Smoked Wild Boar; 2nd course-Oxtail Dumplings; 3rd course-Flat Iron Steak; 4th course-German Cheese Cake. Wait staff was excellent in explaining each dish. Also, head chef(instructor), Hinnerk Von Bargen, also came to the table to visit including then a visit to the kitchen. Great experience and would definitely return next time we're in San Atonio.

BEST Dining experience in San Antonio! I absolutely LOVED everything. We went there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and we were greeted by such a friendly and welcoming staff with smiles. We had the best seat next to the kitchen. It was great seeing the chef and students working together. I could see the excitement and passion in every dish they made.
