This is my favorite restaurant in NYC. It’s beautiful, the service is great (very professional) and the food is out of this world. Most dishes have sauces and they are wonderful, complex but subtle creations. Just perfect.

Truly exceptional. In a city with fine dining aplenty, my wife and I selected Scalini Fideli as our anniversary restaurant. We had a very nice meal here on Friday night. The food was generally very good and the ambience was also great. Service just slightly missed the mark as the waiter took over 20 minutes before taking our order, many other staff walked by but it seems the restaurant has very defined roles about who does what. Other than this though the service was great and the Maitre D was very welcoming. This is a great date night spot as it is romantic and old school whilst still delicious.

One of the finest dining experiences ever! From a warm welcome to impeccable service allowing us to set the pace, from the additional preludes and 2 other interludes (all tasty and complimentary), to an excellent Umbrian wine, to the astonishingly varied menu of numerous selections of primi e secondi and the exceptionally fine preparations… all for a reasonable prix fixe which included scrumptious dessert choices. The ambiance is refined and muted for conversation and sharing during a totally unforgettable night! Bravissimo!

The ambience, staff and food flavors were great but the service was a bit rushed. The second we sat down an amuse bouche arrived without giving us a chance to settle in or give a few minutes to look over the menu. A pork chop that was ordered was dry, so it was appreciated that the staff were receptive to fix the issue. There were a lot of complimentary tastings that came from the kitchen, which were nice but unnecessary. If they focused on the main food and slowed the pace of service, my rating would be much higher. Overall, a lovely place to dine. Ver carta
