Went to celebrate a birthday so I got to see the birthday boot. It was pretty cool! The wait staff was amazing! We had some appetizers that were delicious.

We had a very large party, with kids, and the staff was amazing with us! Our waitress, Amanda C, was so attentive to our party and made sure we were taken care of. The food was so good and they did a great job even with a small kitchen.

Lunch after a beautiful day on the Walkway Over the Hudson. Fantastic weather so we could eat outside in the unique garden setting. Had a short wait for a table, and a short wait for service, but when the beers, apps and food arrived all was well. Ver carta

Don't trust the pictures of the menus, they are out of date and do not count for inflation or upcharges. Call or go on website. I got three order of wings(8 count) thinking they were still $10 an order. I left paying over $45. Always double check the price, there are fees.

Overpriced and absolutely not authentic if you are looking for traditional German food. My family was visiting from Germany and I took them there to get a quick bite. 4 sausages with burned fries later and I was out $80. They even charged for condiments. Absolute disappointment.

I went to schatzis tonight, it seemed some what busy. After waiting over 10 minutes at our table we still haven't been addressed by a server. Once I saw a party walk in and noticed they got immediate service I decided to leave. Haven't been here and I didn't even get a chance to order. I doubt I'll be back. Ver carta

The food and drinks were fantastic. I went with a group of 8 and all of us loved our drinks and our meals. The service was average. The kicker, though, was the restroom. There was just one bathroom for a fairly large bar/restaurant and it was filthy. Not just like they were behind for the night; the floor was sticky with urine stains in front of the toilet, the soap was in a condiment bottle and was ridiculously watered down, and every surface was covered in dust.

Service was slow as usual. My biggest issue is they are now charging for using a credit card. I didn't realize this because they have never done that before. I mentioned it and asked when they started doing that and they said about 2 months now. The issue is they should be letting people know this when they are seated. We really love this local spot! Been here many a times for full meals, pierogi night and just a drink. They have plenty of craft beer options and always have a sour or two which I love most! The pierogis are veryyyy delicious and I believe it’s wednesdays where they have a special (think it’s $1 each). My husband just ordered the fish and chips recently and loveddddd it. Super fresh!
