"I absolutely love this restaurant! I visit every other week, and the manager is incredibly nice. He always makes sure my order is perfect. The other lady who works there is also very sweet. They do keep the hot sauce hidden because they worry that people might steal it, so you have to ask for it since it’s behind the counter. But everything is always fresh and delicious!"

I have not had schlotzsky in almost 15 years, been abroad, and it tastes horrible now! I've never had a sandwich that tasted greasy until now...that takes real skill ;

Really don't know when they find these people to work there but they definitely need to review their hiring process. Had to repeat my order at least ten times before they got it. This company has really gone down hill. Ver carta

The restaurant is extremely clean, and I absolutely love their sandwiches—especially the roast beef with speck and cheddar cheese in the Fiesta style. It's incredibly delicious! And don't forget to try the jalapeño chips. I highly recommend this place! - Boil Brytt

Ive tried to purchase cinabon’s thru the drive thru several times and they lock it down at 8:40 and take no orders. Staff was very unfriendly and that was over a weekend and during the week as well. I won’t be eating my time at that location anymore nor will I recommend it to any of my friends or family.

I swung by to pick my order I placed online. I came through the drive thru and no one was there to answer me. I waited 5 mins, and then decided to go in.. no one was at the restaurant out front ? I called hello and no response. i just took my order and left. To be honest, anyone could have walked in and taken my order. Ver carta

I used to give this place 5 stars, but not anymore! I won’t be coming back if they keep pushing like this. They didn’t deliver my order, and no one offered to take care of me when I arrived. Considering how often I visit, it's frustrating! If I mention that I didn't receive my chips last time, I expect to get them this time!

I tried to place my order on the app and it sucks! I wanted to redeem my B'day sandwich, but wanted to order something in addition and it would not leave me, even the redemption of the sandwiches was very confusing, it said I had to make a $1 purchase and there is no article at schlotzsky’s for this shipment in which I wanted to spend more! I don't like the app.
