"I haven't seen a Schlotzsky's since Texas, so I was excited to come across one while traveling. However, my experience at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. When I arrived at the travel center, it took a few moments to find the service counter and no one was there to assist me right away. Eventually, a pleasant young man named Tabbie took my order. As I waited for my food, I noticed the employees staying behind a closed door, out of sight from customers. It seemed like they were having a good time chatting and running around, rather than focusing on their jobs. I saw two other customers approach the counter, but they left without being served. It was clear that the lack of customer service was a problem. Despite this, I still gave the restaurant 4 stars because the original sandwich I ordered was delicious. However, the lack of attention to customers may prevent me from returning in the future. It's a shame that such great food is overshadowed by poor service."

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and they offer a wide variety of options. I will definitely be going back again.

This cozy sandwich shop is a great stop on your way in or out of town. The sandwiches are tasty, but the sandwich makers could use some more practice as the buns usually need to be adjusted so that the meat is properly on them.

Woman Patty is the most beautiful person ever! She always ensures that my order is made right and she always brightens my day! She is so sweet and has great customer service! there are a few others that they have fantastic customer service, I just don't have their names! Ver carta

great place for a personal pizza or sandwich. eating has always been great, so the service has. the only reason I give it 4 starts is because it is a bit expensive. it is a good place to stretch their legs and get out of the vehicle, they use the rest space that was always clean at my visit).

Bad service today. It's usually always good but today both items that we ordered were wrong. Ordered a pizza and received the wrong kind. Ordered a turkey breast sandwich with Chipotle, Jalapeños, and cheddar cheese and I recieve a cold turkey and lettuce.. we waited almost a half hour for our food and when I went back in to see if they could fix it the cashier ignored me.
